2025 brings with it yet another opportunity to build the skills & harness the discipline in developing a rich, inner life so that we can persevere in the face of challenge and adapt to whatever life throws our way.
In the process, will come to see ourselves as the powerful beeings that we are.
We do this through our EMBODIMENT - by dropping out of our thoughts in our head - and into our sensing body, as well as through FEELING all that is real and true for us. In a communal container, we see ourselves reflected in others as we BEAR WITNESS to their journey as well as allow ourselves to BE WITNESSED.
Year of the Wood Snake, 22 Day Embodied Empowerment
Online Program, Jan 12 - Feb 2 2025
Our self-paced program kicks-off with a live, online EMBODIMENT SESSION on Sunday, February 12th, 10am PST via Zoom. We will build our community in person together through practicing our embodiment as well as sharing about what we are FEELING in the present moment as we ALCHEMIZE all of it.
We will then spend the next 11 days journaling and practicing our embodiment at our own timing in the privacy of our home. We will have opportunity to share with others via a private Facebook group or WhatsApp Chat group as well as with an accountability buddy.
On January 22nd, we will begin shifting our focus from clearing out the year of the dragon to plotting our roadmap for the year of the snake. We will conclude our 22 days together with a live online embodiment session on February 2 at 10am PST on Zoom.
